Terms and Conditions – PAK Kreators
Welcome to PAK Kreators. By accessing and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern our relationship with you. These terms define our service commitments, your responsibilities, and essential legal elements of our partnership.
1. PAK Kreators’ Role
1.1 Services Provided
PAK Kreators will deliver services as defined in the agreed Scope of Work, Proposal, or Service Agreement. If there are any changes in the scope, timeline, or volume of work during the project, we will inform you promptly to discuss necessary adjustments in scope, pricing, or delivery.
1.2 Client Cooperation
To ensure successful delivery, we require your active collaboration. This includes timely sharing of accurate information, feedback, required content, and access to relevant tools or third-party systems. We depend on the accuracy and completeness of the data you provide.
1.3 Third-Party Costs
Any third-party expenses—such as domain purchases, hosting, licensing, printing, or paid tools—will be communicated clearly and billed separately upon your approval.
1.4 Force Majeure
PAK Kreators will not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, utility outages, or other unforeseen disruptions.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Invoicing & Payments
All invoices are to be paid via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or credit/debit card within the payment window stated on the invoice (typically Net 7 or Net 14 unless otherwise specified). PAK Kreators retains ownership of all deliverables—including files, code, and intellectual property—until full payment is received.
2.2 Add-On Services
Additional services such as SEO, motion graphics, premium plugins, photography, or paid marketing campaigns will be quoted separately and billed upon approval.
3. Content Responsibilities
3.1 Content Provision
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate content (e.g., text, images, videos, logos, brand assets) in a timely manner. Delays or incorrect submissions may affect project timelines and may result in additional fees for revisions or rescheduling.
3.2 Digital Format Requirement
All content must be provided in commonly used digital formats (e.g., .docx, .png, .jpg, .pdf) unless otherwise agreed.
4. Confidentiality
4.1 Data Privacy
PAK Kreators respects your privacy and will not disclose any confidential information unless:
Required by law
You provide written consent
The information is publicly available
Disclosure is necessary to subcontractors or partners directly involved in delivering your project
We are happy to sign NDAs upon request and handle your data securely.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 Limits
PAK Kreators’ total liability—whether due to breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise—is limited to the total amount you have paid for the project. We are not responsible for indirect damages, such as loss of business, profits, or data.
6. Changes to Terms
6.1 Revisions
These terms may be modified with mutual written agreement. Updates will not affect work already completed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
